MetalCow Robotics is a 4-H affiliated FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team open to high school students aged 13 and older. It is based in Bloomington-Normal and open to all teens in Livingston, McLean, and Woodford counties.

Currently, about 50% of the team members are home schooled. The team operates year-round with a build and competition season from January to April. Team members gain experience in art/graphics, engineering, electrical, computer programming, and even general business skills.
