The mission of Home Educators TREK is to serve God by offering primarily extracurricular opportunities (such as art, fitness, field trips and other special interest groups) for home educated children and encouragement for home educating families. We are a faith-based, interdenominational organization operating on the basis of Biblical principles and living out our faith. We welcome members of all races, nationalities and religions who will respect and honor our beliefs.

TREK will be open for the 2010-2011 school year for a limited number of actively homeschooling families with at least one child age five or older. TREK hosts a variety of activities on Fridays at Grace Church in Normal and other locations within the community.

Our registration for the 2010-2011 school year will be held on Tuesday August 3, 2010 at 7pm at Grace Church, Normal. Anyone wishing information about TREK should contact Heather Freeman, Registration Coordinator.
